In order to keep everyone safe, we're asking all of our creators to verify their accounts before using certain features like chat, or comments.
Verifying your account is easy!
Open the chat feature
The email you used at login will be visible
Make sure that this is the correct email with no errors
Tap on "Send Link"
Check your email for a verification link from combyne
When you click on the verification link you will see a page saying "Successfully verified your email!"
You can go back to the app and use the chat normally.
Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the verification email. And keep in mind that whichever email address you use for the verification will become associated with your account.
If you are using an older version of combyne that doesn't show you the verification pop up you can try these options:
Check your inbox and find the verification email you received when you first created your account.
If you can't find it or it’s expired you can trigger a new email by changing your email address in settings
